Mary, Our Spiritual Mother, Leads Us to Jesus!

God-Mindfulness gives Jesus our will and we ask for His in return.

Behold Your Mother

“Mother, I believe that you are alive, that you are real, that you are a woman, that you have eyes, a face, a smile, a memory, an intelligence, a heart. You have a mother and father of your own. You have a son, who is truly God, who loves you, who will deny you nothing you ask.” –Father Patrick Peyton, C.S.C.

Jesus Christ acts as a bridge between humanity and divinity. His sacrifice is our continual connection to heaven itself. The point where Jesus touches earth burns with immense love for mankind. And as man elevates the host up towards heaven, the Holy Spirit drips divinity back into the chalice of our receptive hearts. Mary is also a chalice, she is a simple and humble cup who holds divinity within her. And once a chalice holds the blood of divinity, it can never be a normal cup again. We burn illuminated candles and our hearts burn within us as we gaze upon the heart of our Savior. And as the world embraces the sacrifice of their Ultimate Love, Mary’s mantle will wrap around us in an embrace of solace.

“so much of the Godly actions around Prayer and Penance, are a matter of attitude; they do not require a burden of extra time, as much as they require consciously embracing a God-Mindfulness attitude, while completing our daily activities.” The marytojesus.com blog is also the godmindfulness.com blog. I believe what is important is to Pray the Rosary at least once daily, and enter into a special communication with our Blessed Mother. THE PRAYING of the ROSARY OPENS a COMMUNICATION channel between our Soul and Mary’s to Jesus. The Rosary is one of the most powerful tools the world has ever seen, to bring Jesus and Mary into our life and cast out Satan and all his influencers. /Mary to Jesus blogger

Prayer Penance Eucharist

What Mary and Jesus Ask!

PPE for the Soul

During the Pandemic and for a long time in Health Care, the concept of usinig masks, gloves and gowns or Personal Protective Equipment, to protect our bodies from exposure to bacteria, viruses and other pathogens transmitted by fluids or air has been well known.

Prayer, Penance and the Eucharist could be thought of as Personal Protective Equipment for our Souls! Protecting our souls from the influences of Satan and potential eternal separation from the glorious life with Jesus, Mary, all Angels and Saints in Heaven.

Prayer is communicating with Jesus and Mary and this is the lifeblood of the Soul!

Penance is the reparations we do to heal our Souls, damaged by sins.

Eucharist is the most intimate encounter of our Souls with Jesus offering sustenance for our souls. Jesus is here right now, around me, with me, but when I encounter His Body, Blood, Soul and Divinity in the Eucharist, He transforms my human-ness to participate in His Human to Divine nature through His Love!

As Catholics, we encounter Christ directly in the Eucharist, mostly through partaking in the Celebration of the Mass. My focus on the Eucharist assumes an increase in attendance at the Holy Mass, but emphasizes receiving the Eucharist as a highest priority. Further, even if we do not increase our attendance at Mass, once partaking, ‘How could we not receive the Eucharist, Jesus is there, waiting for us!

The Images on this page and their associated descriptions related to Prayer, Penance and the Celebration of the Eucharist, will be reflected upon in future blog posts. The descriptions for Prayer and the Eucharist are self-explanatory. However for instlling a practice of Penance, in our daily life; there is no more powerful focus than contemplating on the Seven Sorrows of Mary. In Mary’s own words: ” “Do not forget me. Consider how much I have suffered.”
Our Lady to St. Bridget”

Mary and Jesus ask that we practice Penance for the sins that we have committed, but also in reparation for the sins that others commit. Through Penance, we ask Mary and Jesus to use the Graces of our actions, to reconcile people that have blinded themselves to Jesus’s Grace and unlimited Love and Mercy.

Margaret Mary Alacoque born in 1647, promoted devotion to Jesus’s most Sacred Heart. This image of Margaret Mary holding Jesus’s most Sacred Heart as He displayed It to her (Jesus appeared to her in numerous visions, displaying to her His Sacred Heart, sometimes burning as a furnace, and sometimes torn and bleeding on account of the coldness and sins of men.) Jesus instructed Mary Margaret to let the world know about the Devotion to the Sacred Heart of Jesus.

Prayer

On 27 December 1673, the feast of St. John, Margaret Mary said that Jesus had permitted her to rest her head upon His heart, and then disclosed to her the wonders of His love, telling her that He desired to make them known to all mankind and to diffuse the treasures of His goodness, and that He had chosen her for this work. Experiencing the presence of God, a Carmelite Reflection

These words strike a chord in my heart and soul. I know of Mary and Jesus’s presence, around me; but it doesn’t make my human struggles easier, infact my struggles seem more difficult, as I am mindful of the full consequences of my imperfections, is seperation from my destiny with my Spritual Mother and Jesus. The thought of being seperated from Mary and Jesus, is more than I can bear. So I choose to focus my consecration to Jesus by following Mary’s exemplary life, and ask her assistance in leading me to her Son. St. Louis De Montfort has stated that while other paths will lead us to Jesus, a path through Mary, the most perfect human ever created, is the most direct, and time is of the essense!*

More to come in this blog: reflecting on “it is really much simpler” ; the “presence of Jesus and Mary”, they are here now, they see me now; the oppotunity to receive Jesus’s Body and Blood at the Holy Sacrifce of the Mass with Communion; …. what it means to consecrate myself to Jesus through the Blessed Virgin Mary.

About

*On July 22, 2020 @approx 10:00P.M. I suffered a massive L MCA Stroke and was given a 3% chance of survival. I was unable to communicate with those around me. More about this life changing event in my frist blog post, here!

I was 72 years old at the time, and although there was over a 72 year history of who I was, I realized that in “this moment, this is who I was and all my history, save for my prayers, penitential acts and sacraments received, was all I had, it was all I was, and these adorned my soul and this is ME and Christ IS in charge.” It was perfectly evident to me, that I had nothing beyond my soul, controlled nothing, except that I had been given an opportunity to make my soul perfect for my Lord, before that instance of the stroke, and now seemingly that opportunity was over.

I believe through the intervention and intercession of the Blessed Virgin Mary, her Holy Spouse, the Holy Spirit, and Jesus, I have nearly completely survived and recovered from that stroke. I believe I am the same person, but a therapist I saw for a short time, said she only knows of who I am now, and I guessed that made sense to me. I know that I am different in that I have a fire in my soul, to be Mary’s Slave, i.e., living my life by her example and in commitment to her, on my path to uniting my soul with her Son in eternity. I am back at work, and how I am integrating my Love for Mary and Jesus, in my everyday life is what this Blog is about. I believe every second I have in this world is time that was given back to me, a sort of second chance at life, and that gift is ever so precious. I feel that I have some reflections on my Journey back to uniting my soul with Jesus, that may help others, but more so I feel an urgency, a fire in my soul, to tell others about and encourage them to have the same fire, and to waste not a minute with what’s really important in life.
